To the rear of the property is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the bedroom, large french doors open onto the morning patio area.

The patio area is covered with trellis and surrounded by plentiful trees and other foliage, as well as a private pond with resident fish.

A private landing dock is also provided for those boat loving residents.

A slimline house phone is provided which communicates through the NBS Norphone directory across the SL grid.

Security is provided, allowing you to add guests and  a Xancast Radio allows you to select your own music choice.

As with all of our homes, grounds are maintained by the estate staff and subject to seasonal changes.
